Our Immigration Services Program offers low cost, comprehensive immigration counseling services addressing our clients' basic needs, as well as their legal immigration concerns in order to help them integrate into our community. Direct services and legal referrals are available to refugees and immigrants who reside in West Tennessee.

TF Naturalization

Our direct immigration services are targeted  to previously resettled refugees and Hispanic immigrants populations. Our service area is growing with the ultimate intention of serving all corners of the Memphis Diocese. 

We offer immigration services and counseling in the following areas:

  • Consultation and screening for immigration relief
  • DACA- Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals and renewals [Please note that the DACA program has been ended by the Department of Homeland Security. DACA renewals will be permitted for a limited time]
  • Naturalization Application and Preparation Classes
  • Employment Authorization Documentation (EAD) I-765
  • Adjustment of Status assistance
  • Replacement of green cards or work authorization cards
  • Waivers
  • Affidavit of Support
  • Petition for Alien Relatives and Alien Fiancé (I-130)
  • Refugee/Asylee family petition (I-730)
  • Translation Services (Spanish/English)
  • Travel Documents (I-131)

Referrals to attorney's for legal assistance in such areas as asylum applications, deportation and U-Visa

Immigration Services is a member of the MEMigration Coalition, a group of non-profit immigration programs based in the city of Memphis, established to increase our collective capacity to meet the overwhelming need for immigration services in our area. In addition to our Immigration Services, members include:
