Deloris Clayborne, MPA, CHSM, MBA, is an experienced Career Service Professional and Life Transitional Coach. She served as Executive Director of Workforce Support Service at the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development after serving as an Employment Specialist for Urban Strategies Memphis HOPE and an Outreach and Admission Counselor for Benjamin Hooks Job Corps.
Ms. Clayborne is a member of the American Society of Training and Development, the Memphis Area Women’s Council, National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, National Association of Professional Women and Pathway to Dignity. Ms. Clayborne holds an MPA in Non-Proﬁt Management, an MBA, and a Certification in Health Service Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management; with a BA in Business Administration from Lemoyne-Owen College. She is a Bridges Out of Poverty certiﬁed trainer and a Certiﬁed Performance Coach. Deloris and her husband, Isaac, have one daughter, Erika. Erika and her husband, Gregory, have two daughters, MaKayla and Nylaa. Deloris and Isaac enjoy family vacations.
