Mark Schielke

Mark Schielke has a BBA degree from Memphis State University with a major in management. Mark is a lifelong Memphian (except for 6 years in the Midwest while operating restaurants.) He has over 35 years in food service management and is passionate about serving people both “on the job” and off. He became involved with CCWT as a volunteer for several months and has transitioned on the staff in August of 2020. Mark has been an active member of Germantown United Methodist Church for over 25 years serving on various committees.  Over the years he has been a volunteer for Room in the Inn, Breakfast for the Homeless at Holy Community UMC, Saint John’s UMC food pantry, organizing and serving food at The Grizzlies House (now Tri Delta House,) and others. He has served on the executive board of the Memphis Restaurant Association, Bobby Lanier Germantown Farm Park, and Youth Leadership Group of Memphis. Mark has been married to his wife Libby for 41 years and has 2 adult children and resides in Germantown.
