Toni Johnson serves as the Program Manager of St. Sebastian Veteran Services. She worked in the corporate world prior to coming to Catholic Charities of West Tennessee as a volunteer in 2014. In October of that same year, Toni was hired as a full-time Case Manager in Veteran Services. In 2016, she added the role of HMIS Agency Administrator to her work title. In February 2020, Toni was promoted to Program Manager of Veteran Services and serves as the HMIS Community Chair for the Shelby County COC.
Toni is a Veteran, serving in the United States Army from 1994 to 1996 and the Army Reserves from 1996 to 2002 as a Chemical Operation Specialist (MOS: 54-B). She was honorably discharged in 2002. Toni attended both the University of Memphis and Strayer University, earning a Bachelor's of Business Administration.
Toni is a native of Memphis and mother to 3 daughters and one son (and one four-legged child). She is a homebody who enjoys watching documentaries, listening to all genres of music, and spending time with family at home. Toni is very passionate about ending homelessness among Veterans and honoring all the men and women who served this great country.
