SNAP Benefits Application Assistance through Catholic Charities of West Tennessee
Catholic Charities of West Tennessee will be assisting members of our community complete applications for SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits. In order to apply, please contact CCWTN staff via the email address or phone number below. Please include the following information with your initial contact: full name and phone number (including area code). Phone calls will be accepted between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. After the initial information is received, a staff member will call you to begin your application.

Final approval of benefits is made by Tennessee’s Department of Human Services (DHS), NOT Catholic Charities of West Tennessee. An application for benefits does not guarantee an award of assistance, and not all applicants will qualify.
