Volunteers are very important to us! We could not fulfill our mission without them! We have volunteer opportunties for everyone- individuals, families, corporations, groups and schools!

NEW THIS YEAR:

  • Catholic Charities will offer a Summer Reading Room in June and July for children of our clients. We are seeking volunteers 18 or older who can read with these elementary-aged children and work on sight words with them. The room will be open from 9 a.m. to noon. Volunteers must be VIRTUS-trained or willing to receive this training, which will be offered for those interested. Please contact volunteer coordinator Mandy Lamey at mandy.lamey [at] acc.cdom [dot] org if you are interested in participating.
  • Catholic Charities is also  launching a Teen Advisory Board to  promote leadership and philanthropy among local youth. Applications are open to rising sophomores, juniors and seniors at any local high school or home school. The link to the application can be found below. Applications are due by the end of August.
